Presentation
20 year old male football player noted a tender painful hard mass over the medial aspect of his distal femur for the past 8 weeks. Denies any specific trauma but has had multiple contacts to the area. P/E reveals a moderately tender 8cm firm non-mobile mass arising from the distal medial femur. Remainder of his examination is normal, family history negative. No previous films.
