17-year-old with a history of left elbow injury


Presentation


A 17-year-old girl presented with tingling in her left hand, in the medial one and half fingers. She has a history of injury to her left elbow following a fall 7 years prior. On examination, there is a cubitus valgus deformity of her left elbow with wasting of the muscles of the hypothenar eminence in her left hand and the ulnar border of her left forearm.
