CC: Right wrist pain and swelling
HPI: Insidious onset of right wrist pain and swelling over the past few months. No history of trauma. No constitutional symptoms.
Physical exam: There is significant swelling over the ulnar aspect of the wrist. This area is tender to palpation. The neurovascular exam of the extremity is within normal limits.
