Compress Fixation Results

The Compress device offers simple, predictable biologic fixation with minimal compromise of the remaining host bone. It has a low complication rate, does not burn any bridges, is simple to use, is durable and subsequent revision if required is easy to accomplish and removes almost no further bone. Used for extreme biologic situations our experience in revision arthroplasty of failed megaprosthesis, some infected, is very satisfactory with dependable biologic fixation in over 90% of patients. I have chosen to display all of the failures first.
