What is the difference between a case note, case presentation, case conference and case report?
- Case Notes are a quick way to upload images and add notes about a case. Very useful for residents to document and share learning points. (See example)
- Case Presentations are uploaded PowerPoint presentations of a case presentation from rounds. (See example)
- Case Conferences are interactive case based learning modules following a standardized history, physical exam, diagnostic workup approach. Create one for CME credits. (See example)
- Case Reports are brief descriptions of rare conditions or situations with unusual diagnostic dilemma or unanticipated complications with review of literature. (See example)
