I would like to acknowledge our teachers, who have ultimately shown us our patients. And I would like to acknowledge our patients, who have had the courage and the will to face the diseases described in this book, not without fear, but with us by their sides. For allowing us to witness first hand their and their friend's and family's supportive bonds. For the opportunity to see anatomy like never before.
