    This is all about the tuberosities: put them where they belong, attached to a good cuff, and you have a shot at a good result. Fixing a "bag of bones" beyond that is overkill...thus a well performed shoulder replacement may be best. That said, with the distorted fracture anatomy, a well performed joint replacement may be hard to accomplish
