- Rare
- Usually intermediate grade
- Usually mid shaft of femur or tibia
- Presents with a mass or pathologic fracture
- 30% have distant metastases upon diagnosis
- X-Rays shows ill defined swelling and subperiosteal new bone formation
- Treatment is similar to intra-medullary osteosarcoma
